A logo by definition is a graphic representation or symbol of a company name, trademark or brand. It is often uniquely designed for ready recognition. Your logo is the design or symbol that represents your company or organization. A well designed corporate logo signals the existence of a company, its strength, services and products offered. The aim is to create a lasting impression on a customer's mind.
DavisImages creates corporate identities and trademarks and we are experts at re-touching and improving your current logo. When we are finished, your logo can then be used on your web site as well as any printed medium you desire. By working with Davis Images, you can have a new professionally designed identity at an affordable rate.

I have a flat rate for logo designs of $350.00, which includes:
Logo Concepts and First Viewing:
Within 9 business days of receiving your company info and deposit I will create 3 different logo concepts for you. I will place these logos on a web page for you to view (24hr/7days) When I have received your feedback on these designs I will make any needed changes to your favorite logo choice until you are completely satisfied. (If the job is a rush I can make arrangements to accommodate any schedule)
Logo Finished:
Finished Logo Design will be available for viewing within 14-19 days after feedback on the first 3 logo concepts. After the final logo design is approved, I agree to deliver the logo design to you in digital formats ( .tif, .png, .gif, .ai, .eps and .jpg graphic file formats) on a CD-ROM. These formats will be usable for all your graphic and web needs.
Ownership:
I give you, the client, the right to use your new logo design in all media useful for your business promotion. I ask that you let me display your new Logo image and your full name, business name and website address or company address, for testimonial and promotional purposes.
Originality:
I affirm that my Logo Designs are original and that I own the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted do not conflict with any other agreement.
In return for the above-described logo design, I ask to be paid the total fee payable ($350.00) in two payments; a logo fee deposit (half - $175.00) before any work begins and the remaining payment when final logo design is approved, but before it is delivered.

ALL 3 STEPS +Project Initiation
One of the most important steps in the design process is accumulating the information I’ll need. First, I'll work with you or your team to discuss your goals, identify your audiences, analyze your brand, access your competition, and refine your market position.
Research / Design & Develop
It’s now time to put my nose to the grindstone. After reviewing the materials given to me, I can start research. This phase usually entails taking into account competitors, market trends, product/service differentiators, the history of the business/client, and the future of it as well.
Presentation / Refinement & Delivery
Often best presented as a PDF file with the design in context. It’s now the job of you, the client to review the designs and provide feedback based on your objectives. Changes can be made as needed, final touches are agreed upon. Once approved, the finished piece will be implemented across all deliverables, which may include both print and web.
